CE Dealer Team and FIA World RX star Klara Andersson joins JACK'S Racing Day 2024

FIA World RX title candidates CE Dealer Team by Volvo Construction Equipment will feature on the 2024 JACK'S Racing Day at Assen in the Netherlands this weekend, August 3-4.
Star driver Klara Andersson and Dutch rally ace Kevin Abbring will perform demonstration runs on track with the 100% electric 680hp PWR RX1e rallycross car during the event which is expected to attract more than 80 000 spectators.

“We’re delighted to join JACK’S Racing Day and showcase the exciting, sustainable and inclusive future that electrified motorsport offers,” said Arvid Rinaldo, Head of Partnership and Operational Involvement in World RX for Volvo CE.

“We are working together with the redesign.life foundation which is the social partner of this event, supporting sustainable mobility and zero emission motorsport - which the FIA World RX is a perfect example of. We will showcase the sport in the Netherlands via this event as a precursor to a possible future Dutch race.”

The team will perform spectacular demonstration runs during the two days of JACK’S Racing Day, sharing track with Grand Prix winner David Coulthard who will drive his RB7 Formula 1 car.

CE Dealer Team is currently fighting for the 2024 FIA World RX titles, kicking off the season with a victory and three podium finishes courtesy drivers Niclas Grönholm and Klara Andersson.

CE Dealer Team wrote history in 2022 with the first-ever gender equal full-season driver line-up in the FIA World Rallycross Championship.

The team has since then secured one World RX silver medal and two bronze medals, setting its sights for the gold in 2024.

The team's goal is to drive the change in society on diversity and sustainability through showing what you can achieve with a dedicated team of professionals.

The all-electric PWR RX1e rallycross car will not only be on display during the JACK’S Racing Day, but also perform spectacular demonstration runs.

The PWR RX1e delivers 680 hp from its electric twin motors and is complemented by 880Nm of instant torque, while the battery has been specifically designed for optimum weight distribution.

The car sprints from 0-100 km/h in just 1.8 seconds - quicker than a Formula 1 car.

Make sure to visit CE Dealer Team during JACK'S Racing Day where Klara Andersson and Kevin Abbring will be on site for autographs and interviews.

Kevin Abbring is a Dutch former World Rally Championship driver with more than 13 seasons in the championship and won his first Junior World Rally Championship event in 2009.
