Update on incident at World RX at Lydden Hill

A fire broke out at the FIA World RX event at Lydden Hill today which has been extinguished by the local fire services.

There has thankfully been no injuries, although substantial damage to Special ONE Racing's equipment. CE Dealer Team is closely monitoring the situation and offering support to Special ONE Racing and the FIA World RX organisation.

The FIA World Rallycross Championship races scheduled for Saturday, 22 July will not take place while investigations continue regarding the cause of the fire.

A decision regarding Sunday’s scheduled World RX races will be made on Saturday.
